When Owners Log in to your new PG generated website, they will find a history of all of their owners' statements for the last 12 months. Online owner statements put an end to costly and time-consuming paper statements. If enabled, Owners have the option to make payments through their online account center.
Tenant Statements
When Tenants Log in to your new PG generated website, they will find a history of their account charges and payments for the past 12 months. If enabled, Tenants have the option to make payments through their online account center. Tenants can also use the Property Genie provided online work order request form to request work or service at their location. Online Tenant services puts an end to costly and time-consuming paper statements.
